Beverage Arrangements:
For A Toast During Your Reception:
We recommend Beringer Sparkling, White Zinfandel at $23.95 per bottle. Another option would be Cooks Brut American Sparkling Wine or Cooks Asti Spumanti @ $20.95 per bottle. We can do a White Wine Toast starting at $21.95 per bottle or you can move up to a nice but reasonably priced bottle wine if you prefer to handle a toast in this manner.
Cash Bar:
We charge $250.00 cash bar set-up fee for a five hour wedding reception
Open Bar:
We charge $2.50 per guest for a five hour open bar fee. This fee includes juices, sodas, mixers, ice, garnishments, napkins and glassware. Liquor is charged by the bottle based upon consumption to the nearest tenth of each bottle. Bottle prices range from $90 - $190 per bottle. This price range includes the following brands:

Wines offered at the
bar are from Salmon Creek, California: Chardonnay, Merlotnd and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Beringer, California: White Zinfandel. Placido, Italy: Pinot Grigio. Ports
and Cognacs are also available at the bar for that special after dinner drink,
ranging from $4.50 - $6.95 per glass.
Ports: Clocktower (Australia), Cockborn's Special Reserve
and Churchill 1994 Late Bottled Vintage Porto (Portugal), just to name
a few. Prices are subject to change. Cognacs: Meukow Vanilla, Meukow
and Hennessey VS, ranging from $5.50 - $6.95 per glass. These prices
are
subject to change.
Beer is charged by the bottle or Glass (draft). You could have a light beer, a couple of imports and a selection of domestic beers available ranging in price from $3.00 for Domestic and $4.25 for Imports, we also have Draft Beer at $4.50 per glass.
The brands specified are our standard selection. We can, of course, move up to super premium brands.
There are many ways to set-up your beverage service, one being open bar during the cocktail hour, two being open bar for beer, wine, soda and juice with a cash bar for mixed drinks or third being open bar for the full five hours of your wedding.
Once your selection is made, we will give you a ballpark figure which will help you in your budgeting process.
We reserve the right to limit and control the amount of alcoholic beverages
consumed by guests on our premises.
