As you leave the bar, the dining room is set with fresh flowers, accented by antique sideboards and a wall of windows which reflect the glimmering candlelight in the evening. During the day the natural light
floods the room and nurtures the abundant plantings.

The interior of the Harvest Dining Room with period low ceiling and welcoming ambience is accented by exhibitions of paintings and watercolors from well known local artists, Peter Nelson and Tom McCobb, both of Pomfret, their unique paintings adding warmth and conversation to the room.

Stunning shades of rich red and black green rim are accented by chintz drapes and coordinating table clothes. The colors and patterns compliment the room and its other adornments. Our beautiful, porcelain bone china with its floral pattern, complements not only the setting but also the meal. Once heated, the plate holds its warmth throughout the meal, allowing us to serve "hot food hot and cold food cold" a rule that our kitchen strive to do for every meal it serves.

Moveable modular planters allow for intimate dining and privacy. These dividers can be whisked away when the room is used for larger gatherings allowing complete use of the comfortable space of the restaurant.
